When he passed, I seen his smile and heard his laugh. We were like the ampersand-Jerry & Star or Star & Jerry. If we weren't together, it was like "Where's Jerry?" or "How is Jerry?" No matter how much time had passed or how old we got, when we'd get together it was like we were little kids. Some of the best times I ever had were with Jerry. I believe people come into your life for a purpose. His coming into my life taught me what it was like to love someone with all your heart. He made it so easy to love him. He was selfless and cared so much about the people in his life and especially his family. He taught me how to be a better friend and he also taught me how to laugh. That laugh that you know you will remember forever. I know he never wanted anyone to be sad and he would just do things to make you laugh-even when he wasn't trying to...He was just Jerry and I love him. I want to pass onto my children the lessons that Jerry has taught me-to love with all my heart, to be the best friend I can be, and to laugh. I will share stories about him when they get older. I'm so glad he was in my life, even if for a short while. HE WAS MY FAMILY, TOO.

Travis: Stopping by to wish you a very Happy Birthday. You would of been 34 today! We remember when you turned 25 and you thought you were getting soooo old. We miss each one of you kids. There seems to be so much tragedy around here lately. Seems like every week there's a funeral for someone we know. We finally got to meet the Gillis/Sanchez family. They are so very nice and compassionate. Probably due to the fact that they are going thru the same hurt we are. We find it is so easy to talk to them and we are looking forward to them coming up for Honor the Earth next year. We know Autumn and Michael are taking care of you. Always look down from the spirit world and watch over your family here on earth. Send some wonderful dreams. In a couple of weeks it will be Gramma Ellen's one year start preparing a huge feast for her we will be doing the same here. We miss everyone so much.
It's hard to believe that it's been 3 years already since you left us to be with Autumn and Mike. Today we are having a feast in your honor and memory along with all of your relatives and friends. We know that you Autumn and Mike will be doing the same in the spirit world. Time sure seems to go by fast these days. Yesterday we were down by the lake and there were 3 eagles near us. It must have been all 3 of you kids watching over us. Even tho' it's been 3 years everything still seems so unbelievable. Not a day goes by that all 3 of you kids are not in our thoughts. Some days seen harder to get thru than others we don't think the days will ever get any easier. Watch over all of your family and friends. We love and miss you so very much. I will post pictures on your website of the gathering.

I lost my only son Brandon, only 9yrs old in 06. After this happened I met another lady, Linda Walden who had lost two daughters and she told me about your family and showed me Autums web-site So I remembered who you were when I got your card.Thank you so much.
I know that losing my son has left me devastated and I just don't know how your family has indured so much pain and heartache losing three children. My heart and prayers go out to you. May God help us all to go on with beautiful memories of our children.

Hi, I know how you hurt. Not exactly but I have a clue. My only child was killed on your son's birthday in 2006 at age 31. He would also have been 33 this year, having been born in the same year as my son, 1975. My son was born on June 14 of 1975 in Califonria. He died 2 years ago, my only child, by a Methamphetamine fueld freak who was going 80 mph when my son, a bike race and a biomechanical engineer. It took the winds out of my sail and I haven't found the right weather to get my ship back on course.
I want to extend my deepest regrets that your son, who looks to have been a handsome and intelligent person. I don't know the manner of death, but I don't think that really matters. What matters is the pain that is forever left behind. Please accept my heartfelt condonlences.
September 8, 2006 will forever be embedded in my mind. I will have remember that there was once a child, a man, who was born that same day in the year 1975, the year my son was born. John would have been just 3 months older than your son.
Just want you to know someone is thinking of your son and will probably always think of him on his birthday.

I didn't want to get out of bed today but my sister kept calling me and telling me to get up! I especially miss you today. I'll be at your party. It's good for me to have an opportunity to share our stories about how much fun we had with you. But it's bittersweet because it reminds me of the loss I feel all the time.
